Passed away suddenly on 25th October aged 61 years.

Beloved Husband of Sally, loving Dad of Richard and Anna and the late David.

Respected local GP from 1990 until his recent retirement.
Funeral service at the Forest of Dean Crematorium on Wednesday 11th November at 12.30pm.
